4 Way Plus Joystick
The same controller as my 4 way Joystick but with the added advantage of a 8 to 4 way restrictor that can be changed from the top. allowing the joystick to be used as both an 8 way joystick and a 4 way joystick. This is achieved by lifting and rotating the inner part of the joystick.

Rotating the Restrictor
Pull the restrictor out with your finger tips or nails
Rotate the restrictor 45 degrees
Push the restrictor firmly back in.
